About the Workshop

Our breath has the power to transform our perspective on the world—both our external environment and our internal experience. In times of stress, anxiety, or trauma, we often view life through a lens of disconnection, feeling isolated from ourselves and others as our nervous systems react to perceived threats.

This workshop will introduce tools to help restore a sense of safety and connection. Mindful breathing is a potent method for reestablishing this balance, allowing us to reconnect with ourselves and those around us.

In this session, we will explore how breathwork can be a powerful tool for managing stress and enhancing overall well-being. Through practical techniques and guided exercises, participants will learn to harness the breath as a means of prevention and recovery from stress.

Objectives:

  • Understand the relationship between breath and emotions.
  • Understand how to use the breath as an anchor and a safe place to return to.
  • Learn various breathwork techniques for effective stress management, prevention, and recovery.
  • Practice guided breathing exercises to foster relaxation and clarity.
