Market Research (Apr 2024)

Lisa has a Master’s degree as well as a PhD in psychology. She worked in market research for five years and led projects for clients from a variety of industries. She has also lectured at a university for several years. Currently, she works at a German management consultancy.


Companies can only be successful when they understand who their customers are and which products / services they are willing to buy. Market research companies are specialized in answering these questions for their clients by bringing together knowledge from business, psychology and data analysis. This presentation is an introduction to the field of market research, giving examples of typical projects and outlining typical tasks.
