Some SITC Members

Amina Sadaty is is an Afghan international relations bachelor who lives in Kabul, Afghanistan. 

Her role at the SITC is to maintain the communication with the trainers and to contribute to the organization of the trainings.

She finds solace in the pages of books, immersing herself in knowledge, engaging in humanitarian endeavours and a love for the natural world.

Zuhal Scherzad is an Afghan international relations student who lives in Kabul, Afghanistan. 

At the SITC, she leads development of the overall strategy and is a major contributor to the selection of training topics and the overall organization.

She is interested in humanitarian and peace-building activities, and finds solace in the companionship of cats.

Dr. Kai Pflug a German Ph.D. chemist who has lived in Shanghai, China for the last 20 years.

His role at the SITC is to identify potential foreign SITC trainers, contact them and link them with the Afghan team.

Apart from his work in chemical industry consulting and with the SITC, he enjoys bird photography and living with his many cats.
